The Johnson School's unusual flexibility to construct a program tailored to your individual interests and career objectives becomes even more apparent in the second year.

In addition to selecting from at least eighty Johnson School electives, you are encouraged to make full use of the other internationally renowned colleges, schools, and multidisciplinary centers at Cornell.
Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Law School and the School of Hotel Administration are recognized as the preeminent leaders in their fields. The innovative FALCON Asian language program, now more than two decades old, is still the only full-time Asian language study program at an American university. And Cornell's programs in engineering, biotechnology and agricultural science, and advanced computing—to name just a few with important business implications—are known worldwide
About 12 percent of the student body chooses to enroll in a dual degree program
The Leadership Skills Program offers a full menu of leadership skills courses. These experiential, for-credit mini-courses have a workshop format; trainers are from corporations such as General Electric, McKinsey & Company, and Sprint, from other departments at Cornell, as well as from professional training firms.
